How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Engineeranime Heating & Air wants each homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Engineeranime Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service.

First, take the issue to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network.

One limit to note. Engineeranime Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@engineeranime.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

Here is the order of steps:

  • First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days.
  • Next, we look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider.
  • Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go outside our process. Options include your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
